Shipping Methodology for USA:
At Just Lab Coats, we ship our lab coats and scrubs using trusted carriers, primarily USPS and UPS. The shipping cost is determined by the method you select at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
Just Lab Coats also ships to APO/FPO military addresses but we cannot offer express shipping to such addresses.
For United States, there are no applicable taxes for most states. However, a 7% tax is charged for orders delivered within Georgia.
Shipping Methodology for Canada:
Typically, most products ship within 3-4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays for Canada.
For standard delivery via Global Priority Mail to Canada, please allow 5-10 days. However, for orders with embroidery, additional processing time may be required, ranging from 15 to 20 business days.
Please note that we do not offer expedited or express delivery options for shipments to Canada.
Our shipping and handling charges to Canada do not cover customs duties, taxes, or custom brokerage fees. It is your responsibility to settle these charges with your local customs authorities to ensure the smooth release of your shipment at the Canadian border.

It's important to note that all local taxes and duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. Our shipment charges to international destinations do not cover these taxes and duties, which are likely to be incurred upon arrival in the respective country. Shipping Timelines:
Our speedy delivery ensures most orders arrive within 5-10 business days from the order date. For personalized or customized items, please allow an extra 2-3 additional business days. If your order includes Made to Order items, production may take up to 10-15 additional business days before shipping.
Please note that business days refer to Mondays to Fridays, excluding holidays. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
